Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy describes activities that may not be invoiced or paid for through BasanuPay. It applies to all users and their customers.
2. Prohibited activities
- Anything illegal where you or your customer are located.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive practices or invoices for goods and services you do not intend to provide.
- Money transmission, currency exchange, lending, gambling, or investment and securities offerings.
- Weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Adult content and services, or content that promotes hate, violence or exploitation.
- Using BasanuPay to move funds between your own accounts or on behalf of third parties.
- Any activity our payment or verification partners prohibit.
3. Restricted activities
Some businesses may require additional review before they can collect payments. We may ask for more information at any time.
4. Enforcement
We may decline or cancel invoices, hold funds, suspend or close accounts, and report activity to authorities where required.
