- Sellers upload proof of delivery on each paid invoice before the money is released.
- Buyers get a "Did you receive your order?" email a few days after paying.
- A "Report it" link on every invoice sends suspicious invoices straight to our team.
- Seller names, usernames and contact details are now changed through an approved request.
- Bank accounts are checked with the bank and must be in the seller’s verified name (up to two per seller).
- New Account health page for sellers, with disputes, refunds and limits in one place.
